The PureBlu burner system sets this grill apart from the pack – featuring unique, tapered burner tubes that generate consistent pressure and flames and deliver even heat across the grilling surface. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Igniter trouble This is our third Weber over many years, so we're brand loyalists who grill year-'round in upstate NY. When our 10+ year old Spirit model gave up the ghost, we went for the Genesis 325, which arrived by carrier, well-packaged and heavy. After unpacking all the components it took a couple of hours to assemble using the very clear instructions. The disappointment came when I hit the sparker for the first burner and it didn't light. Each of the other three burners did light on the first try, and the first burner eventually ignited. After having the same experience repeatedly over the next couple days, I contacted Weber - sending photos and a video - to see if there was a reasonable fix. In the end, Weber sent us a new igniter and the installation intructions, which essentially entail disassembling most of the grill and putting it back together. Not something I'm eager to do, so we'll live with having the #1 burner ignite from the other burners. The unit otherwise seems sturdy and well-made, like our earlier models, and it cooks as expected.
