For GENESIS® models SX/EX-325s and E/S-325s (that include WEBER CRAFTED cooking grates without the frame kit), you need to purchase:

Due to safety considerations, the complexity of the components involved, as well as the level of disassembly required, we don’t allow conversions or provide conversion kits. Converting a Weber grill will actually void the warranty on the unit and might create an unsafe situation.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from For $2000 grill it falls apart fast I bought this exact grill about a year ago, and every single part has gone bad. First the igniter went bad within 6 months. Now the lights dont work, the regulator is broke, the cabinet doors have fallen apart. And not to mention the entire grill has rusted out. I would recommend buying a powder coated colored shell. The silver rusts out very quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Weber Customer Service Saved the Day This is an update to a previous 3-Start review. I had a few issues on assembly with a few damaged parts in the base section of the unit. I live far away from most stores and had the parts scattered all over my garage, so my option was to repair the bent parts myself and finish assembly. I will say I have been very happy with the grill's performance from the start, but was disappointed with the quality of some of the base parts, so I posted a less than glowing review. Since then I was contacted by Joanna H. from Weber customer service. My interaction with her was excellent. We had several email exchanges. She made me feel as though they were as disappointed about the issues I had as I was! The positive interaction with her has completely restored my faith in Weber. As I mentioned, I have been from the beginning and am still extremely pleased with the performance and features of the grill, and would recommend it and Weber to any fellow outdoor chef.
