Frequently Asked Questions

Upon receiving your email confirmation with an order number, there will be a number to call to schedule your delivery. Most orders will be delivered within 5-9 business days. Deliveries may be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8AM and 5PM local time.  A 4 hour window will provided during your selected delivery day. You will receive a courtesy call from the driver 30 minutes prior to delivery. You must be able to receive postal delivery at your residence, or your delivery may be denied.

Yes! We do make stainless steel cooking grates that can be ordered for the Genesis II series. Currently, they can only be ordered directly through our call center at 1-800-446-1071. You'll want to have the serial number of your Genesis II available when calling. You can find the serial number on the back of the owner's manual or on a white sticker on the back, left leg of the grill.

The work tables are meant for holding plates, food ready to be cooked, spices, sauces, beverages, etc. It was not meant to hold excessive weight.

Due to safety considerations, the complexity of the components involved, as well as the level of disassembly required, we don’t allow conversions or provide conversion kits. Converting a Weber grill will actually void the warranty on the unit and might create an unsafe situation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from FANTASTIC Grill but no accessories included?? If you are looking at this grill, then you have the money to buy the MANY accessories that you can use with this grill. The problem that I have is that for almost $1800 it should come with some of those accessories. I should not have to buy separately a flat top and rotisserie...or heck a paper towl holder.....when buying an $1800 grill. I will ONLY buy weber grills. My grill before this one is 15 years old and I still use it at my office. They will last forever if you take care of them. C'mon though Weber....include some of the common accessories when charging prices like this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid grill with a couple of minor issues. Generally fine, assembly instructions mostly clear with some hiccups. The temperature and probe display on the grill is very dim in sunlight and difficult to see. I wish there were an adjustment for this. Would also like to have had a list of accessories specifically for this grill and how they are used (and maybe a hard copy of a recipe book). Well-built
