Currently, only 2022 Genesis grills can accommodate the Crisping Basket without removing the grill grates.
Yes, only a Weber rotisserie unit is required for use. You do not need the WEBER CRAFTED cooking grates or frame kit to use the Rotisserie Crisping Basket.
The Weber Crafted Crisping Basket is compatible with Genesis 2016+, Spirit 2016+, and Summit gas grills as well as 22” (57cm) Weber charcoal grills with rotisserie units.
