In the kitchen:
Combine the dry ingredients, then slowly mix in the oil and yogurt until you have a dough like consistency.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes, add some tepid water if mix is too dry.
Divide dough into four, place on a floured surface. With a rolling pin, roll long oval shapes 5mm thick.
Chop coriander leaves and garlic, then mix together with melted butter and set aside for the garnish.
At the barbecue:
Preheat grill to 200°C for 15 minutes with the lid down.
Place the rolled out oval shapes over direct heat, cook with the lid down for 2 minutes on each side.
Brush the cooked Naan bread with garlic-coriander butter.
