This quick and easy recipe guarantees delicious barbecued crab cakes every time! Serve with sweet chilli sauce for extra flavour.
Place all of the ingredients (except the sweet chilli sauce) in to a bowl and combine.
Divide the mixture into 9 and shape into round patties. Dust with a little flour.
Stack separated by grease proof paper until you're ready to put on the barbecue.
Pre-heat your barbecue for grilling (direct method, medium heat) and place a lightly oiled griddle plate on to the barbecue to heat up.
When the griddle is hot, cook the crab cakes for 2 minutes on either side or until golden brown.
Serve with a dressed salad and sweet chilli sauce or in a crusty white bread roll.
