Keep the tricks away with our quick and tasty recipe for spooky Halloween treats.
Method:
In a Weber Style sauce pan melt your butter then cream and the two sugars. Once well combined add the egg yolk and then beat until well mixed.
Sift the flour and bi carb into the sauce pan with the sugar and mix. Finally add your roughly chopped chocolate and bind together using a wooden spoon. (Make sure you leave few chocolate chips to place on top of the cookies).
Line a Weber grill pan with baking parchment and drop 6 even balls of cookie dough on to the tray leaving plenty of space for the dough to spread. Place 2 chocolate chips on top each cookie.
Pre-heat your grill to in-direct 180°C and cook your cookies for 10 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
While the chocolate chips on top of the cookies are still melted, use a toothpick to create small spiders.
