These roast root vegetables with a gorgeous barbecue flavour make a delicious side dish for Christmas dinner.
Method:
Peel all the veg and chop into thin sticks no more than 4 inches long. With the onions peel the papery skin off and cut into eighths lengthways.
Place all veg in a mixing bowl and add the sesame seeds, honey, thyme, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Combine all ingredients, so the honey is mixed in well with the rest of the vegetables.
Add to the Deluxe Grilling Basket and roast indirect for 40 minutes.
