This recipe for Thai Style Chicken Kebabs is full of flavour with a bit of a kick!
Method:
Prepare the marinade. Combine the garlic, ginger and brown sugar in a pestle & mortar and grind to a paste.
Add the lime juice, chillies, coriander and coconut milk, and stir.
Pour the marinade into a re-sealable food bag and add the chicken.
Marinade for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Place onto the skewers of the kebab set and cook over a direct heat. Cook for 15 minutes, turning once.
