Dissolve the yeast in the milk and water. Add the rest of the ingredients apart from the flour, and keep a little egg for brushing.
Add the flour gradually until the dough has a good texture.
Knead the dough using a mixer or by hand until it has an elastic texture.
Cover the dough and allow it rise for 30 minutes.
Divide into appropriate burger bun portions and roll the buns.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional). Place them on baking paper on a pizza stone tray.
At the barbecue:
Prepare the barbecue for in-direct heat, approx. 200 °C.
Place the pizza stone in the centre of the grate, put the lid on the barbecue and wait 10 minutes.
Place the baking tray with the buns on the stone and bake them for 12-15 minutes.
