This recipe for mussels in white wine is perfect for all the seafood lovers!
Method:
Pre-heat the Gourmet Wok until smoking, and then add the butter, shallot, garlic and thyme.
Stir the shallots until soft. This should take less than a minute.
Add the mussels, shortly followed by the white wine and stock finished with a handful of the chopped parsley.
Allow to cook with the lid down for 3-4 minutes or until all the mussels are fully open and the licker is bubbling.
