Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed Mike from Griddle Insert I am Very Disappointed with my griddle insert. I went on to the Weber website to make sure that I was getting the correct part for my grill. I was very excited when it arrived, however, when I installed it onto my grill, it does NOT fit properly. One end lays onto the flavor shields. And since the boxes have already been disposed of, I didn’t think that I could send it back. A waste of $127 as I can not use it on my grill. I have since given it to my neighbor says says it works great. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jill d. from Difficult customer service I never received my order. Weber says it was shipped and the shipping company says they never received it. Furthermore, it's difficult to find the email address for customer support. All links lead to FAQs. I had to find my order confirmation email to get an email address and phone number. This is an ongoing issue for over a month now.
