Rated 1 out of 5 by from Impossible to clean with Porcelain-enamel surface Used twice for making smash burgers and cannot clean it. The instructions state to only use "Nylon or soft abrasive pads/brushes" but that is impossible to get all the burnt remaining food off without damaging the porcelain-enamel surface. I don't understand why it's coated with porcelain-enamel so it has to be cleaned so gently or it's damaged. Why isn't it like other cast iron? I'll be throwing this away since it can't be returned once used and buying a real cast iron skillet. Total waste.
