Here at the Weber Grill Academy, we just love showcasing South Australian produce, all cooked on Weber barbecues.
Join us for this unique experience, where you will be guided through barbecuing some of South Australia’s finest produce – starting with a mouth-watering seafood entrée of oysters and prawns, followed by a main meal of slow cooked lamb shoulder and crispy roasted chicken, served with SA seasonal sides. The meal ends with a barbecue baked chocolate fondant pudding, featuring one of SA’s most well known choccies!
During this course, you’ll be grilling, roasting, baking and smoking across a range of Weber barbecues – including gas and charcoal barbecues.
Courses are capped at 20 attendees to ensure that all guests can get as hands-on as they like. Your ticket includes all food and three (3) premium South Australian beverages, including wines from Barossa Valley's Gibson Wines, and the event concludes with a sit-down shared meal.
