Maddy Rydz joined Weber in 2020 with a passion for food, grilling, and bringing people together through BBQ. She began in R&D, gaining in-depth product knowledge before transitioning to her current role as Associate Program Manager for the U.S. Grill Academy.
Now, she leads the development and delivery of training programs that enhance the BBQ experience for both customers and employees. Traveling across the U.S., she collaborates with top BBQ professionals, refining her craft and sharing her knowledge. Maddy is actively working toward achieving the title of Grill Master and remains dedicated to teaching, inspiring, and growing within the grilling community.
