Processing/Shipping: The Weber fulfillment team will make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible. All Standard orders will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Note, if you place an order on a Friday, the first business day will be the following Monday as we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Expected Delivery Times: 3-5 business days from the time your order ships. Quoted date is anticipated and may change due to factors beyond our control. We offer a competitive flat rate of $7.00 for all standard delivery shipments via FedEx Ground. Please note that some orders may be transferred via Smart Post for final delivery.

Looking to get your order sooner? Weber offers expedited shipping and competitive rates via FedEx on most items. Please read the Expedited shipping section below for more detail.

Weber also offers FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day®, and or FedEx Standard Overnight®. For quickest delivery, we recommend placing your orders by 12PM Central Time for same day processing and shipping. Orders received after 12PM Central Time will ship the next business day. This excludes weekends and holidays. All ‘Delivery Dates’ Expected delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please note that Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are excluded from expedited orders.

For larger grill orders placed on Weber.com, our dedicated freight carrier will contact you to set up your delivery. This applies to most Genesis, Spirit, Summit Grills, Weber Q2800+N with cart, as well as Performer Series, Searwood, Stand Up Griddles including Slate models & Ranch Grills.

Available only on orders shipping within the continental US. Most orders will be delivered within 5-9 business days. Quoted date is anticipated and may change due to factors beyond our control.

Delivery Tiers and Pricing

Free via Ground – Driveway Delivery, to Garage Door. Expedited shipping is not available at this time

Deliveries may be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8AM and 5PM local time. Weekend deliveries are currently not available, with the exception of Expedited Shipping being selected.

A 4 hour window will provided during your selected delivery day. You will receive a courtesy call from the driver 30 minutes prior to delivery. If order arrives damaged or incomplete please contact us at 1-800-446-1071

If your order contains accessories, replacement parts, or other non-grill products these items will ship separately via FedEx



WEBER.COM RETURN POLICY

Items purchased on Weber.com or through Weber Customer Service that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) by Weber, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment. Shipping charges for delivery and returns are not refundable for orders less than $99. All shipping charges for delivery and returns for purchases over $99 are free of charge. Return Policy Exceptions

Due to regulatory requirements, lighter cubes may not be returned.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

We stand by our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If an order arrives and is damaged, defective or incomplete, contact Weber Customer Service at 1-800-446-1071 or returns@weberstephen.com

Multiple Items:

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to speed delivery. You will not be charged for additional shipping, and you will receive separate shipping confirmation e-mails.

You must be able to receive postal delivery at your residence, or your delivery may be denied. No commercial or business addresses can be used for standard delivery shipments.Shipments are only available in the 48 contiguous United States. Please see shipping restrictions for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

The total amount of time for order processing, shipping and delivery is dependent upon the following:

  • The availability of the product(s) you are ordering
  • The day and time your order was received
  • A successful payment authorization
  • The selected shipping method
  • The carrier(s) delivering the order(s)

Shipping Restrictions

Large Grills and most items are not eligible for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Expedited and Priority Shipping is also excluded for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, including Military addresses and P.O. Boxes.

Lithium Battery Notice

Due to the presence of lithium batteries the Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub, iGrill Mini, and Kitchen Thermometer Mini can only ship via standard ground shipping. Lighter Cubes can only ship via standard ground shipping.

State and local sales taxes may apply. All taxable states must calculate the applicable sales tax on the subtotal of items plus shipping. Taxes shown on the web site are an estimated tax. The true amount charged to your credit card will be shown on your shipping confirmation e-mail.
