SATISFACTION GUARANTEE FOR GRILLING ACCESSORIES 

At Weber, we proudly stand behind our grilling accessories and our quality controls. If you are not satisfied with a Weber accessory product* you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our accessory products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, our Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for accessory products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser in the United States.

*A Weber accessory product includes the grill covers, tools and cookware, and grill brushes and scrapers. This Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to Weber grills, full-size griddles, fuel and smoking woods, or our gear and gifts products, which may be subject to other warranties or guarantees. 

How To Claim The Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, visit our support page and submit the claim via the Contact Customer Support form (please select “All Other” from the “drop-down menu”). Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your accessory product, proof of purchase, photographs of your product, and the reason for your dissatisfaction. You may also be asked to mail the product to us or provide other information to assist us in processing your request. You must submit your Guarantee request within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.  

Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your proof of purchase and photographs should you choose to mail them to us (rather than submit through email). If you are asked to mail in your accessory product, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.  

Guarantee Guidelines

We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused our Satisfaction Guarantee. We may amend or terminate our Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
