Instructions

  • In a bowl combine the flour, yogurt, baking powder, and salt. Knead the ingredients in the bowl until the dough comes together, dusting your hands with flour as needed.
  • Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface and form into a smooth ball. Divide into eight equal pieces. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • In another bowl combine the salad ingredients.
  • Place the WEBER CRAFTED frame kit on the grill and add the pizza stone to preheat.
  • Prepare the grill for direct cooking over medium heat (350° to 400°F).

  • On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the dough pieces to a thickness of about ¼". The shapes can be irregular.
  • Lightly brush the dough pieces on both sides with oil.
  • Arrange the dough pieces on the pizza stone. Grill over direct medium heat, with the lid closed.
  • After 4 minutes, open the lid, flip the dough pieces over, and close the lid.
  • After another 4 minutes, remove the flatbreads from the grill using tongs.
  • Transfer the flatbreads to a serving platter. Spoon the salad over the flatbreads. Season with pepper.
