Finished with a sweet, spicy, and savory Cajun style honey butter sauce, this recipe hits on all cylinders.

    Preheat your smoker to 275°F.
  • Remove the turkey breast from the packaging, pat it dry and remove the skin.
  • Season the turkey breast with the BBQ and Steak seasonings and let it rest for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
  • Place the turkey breast on the indirect heat side of the grill and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 120°–130°F, approximately 1 ½–2 hours.
  • Remove the turkey from the grill and place it meat side down on 2 pieces of aluminum foil. Add 4 pieces of butter under the turkey and 4 on top.
  • Wrap the turkey breast tightly and place it back on the grill, meat side down, and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Remove it from the grill and allow it to rest, wrapped, for 15–20 minutes.
  • In a separate saucepan, combine all the Cajun honey butter sauce ingredients, bring to a low simmer, and cook for a minute or two.
  • Slice the turkey breast and serve with the Cajun honey butter sauce.

Recipe Tips

If you can’t find a bone-in turkey breast, you can use a boneless turkey breast roast. The cooking time will reduce by 30-45 minutes.
