Rated 2 out of 5 by from Customer no Service Brand new grill, and one of the lid bumpers was torn in half and served no function. I tired to contact Weber to get a replacement. The part has little value as it just a tiny piece of rubber and even with engineering and setup for manufacturing, the cost of that is part of the manufacturing of the grill, so they recoup the production cost as part of the grill sales. In any event, they make it so difficult to get in touch with customer service, this will be my last Weber and I will advise everyone I know to steer clear if customer service means anything to them. I had to order the parts to take care of the defect. It was around $15, but it was a defect in a new grill, I shouldn't have had to pay anything.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expensive, poor quality and no the right height I bought this pair to replace one of the lid bumpers that melted on me Genesis 330. It's sort of a poor design. I installed one of the bumpers and found it to be lower than the other. Took the other one out and installed it, now...instead of my lid leaning to the right, it leans straight down and these bumpers are not tall enough to keep the lid level. I spent, with shipping, nearly $20 and the lid still isn't right.
