Rated 4 out of 5 by from Little tiny plastic on bottom of door Hello Weber, I just spent $1200 on a grill and unfortunately a windstorm came and knocked my grill down and it opened the door and the door came off. I wasn’t able to find the small plastic piece at the bottom of the door to put the door Back on my grill. The thought of paying almost $20 for a kit that I only need that plastic piece. Can you just send me that small piece that I need and instead of me having to pay an additional $16 plus tax I love the grill And I’ve always own Weber and I got this 330 series indigo but it’s disappointing

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wind blew over brand new grill and parts expensive My wife and I just bought this grill as most of our family are Weber Grill users. My parents talked us into buying a Weber as it would last for many years. However, when my grill blew over in the windstorm last week, the little black button at the bottom of the door got lost and the cost of the kit to get the replacement part is expensive. The left side ledge panel to put your food on bent and crumbled when it fell over and is not repairable and I cannot afford to replace it as the replacement costs for that part alone is over $100. Weber makes an amazing product but the costs to replace these parts is is beyond my ability to currently pay especially with our baby due in 2 weeks. I bought and put this together only three weeks ago and spent a lot of money to get a quality grill. Very disappointed in the replacement parts pricing.
