Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Grill! TERRIBLE CASTERS! We’ve purchased a series of Weber grills thru local big box stores, and have loved using them over the years. Previously, we’ve left them stationary outside our kitchen in the deck… but this time we have needed to wheel the unit in and out regularly (we grill almost exclusively). BIG MISTAKE! We’ve found out the hard way! We suddenly began finding pieces of black plastic everywhere in the garage - source: outside wheels on all four casters, leaving only the inside axle. Online parts, with shipping :$100! I can get an entire Cheapo grill for that much, and simply replace it every other year… Weber: what are you willing to do to retain our good will, please?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best customer service ever! Had issues trying to get the new casters installed. Contacted Weber support and they were able to get me back up and running. Can't say enough how great the service is and highly recommend Weber's products!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Castors breaking apart I love my grill but the castors are falling apart and I'm not able to move it. I will not be replacing them at this cost to have the same problem again. I will research grills better when I replace this.
