Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from No follow up on service request I sent an email telling Weber that the knob for my grill did not fit because the female end was too short. I had a response asking me to send a photo showing the problem, which I did. That was on 4/19 and I have not heard a word since then. I sent a follow up email asking for an answer but now there is no response at all. Weber’s service leaves everything to be desired.
