Rated 4 out of 5 by from Update on my prior negative review In response to my complaint that the knobs on my Summit S-670 were failing, Weber sent me a new set of knobs. Great customer service and the only reason for four stars instead of 5 is that I'd have been happier if the knobs on my $3k+ grill had not started to fail after a year or so.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Plastic knobs My summit series grill is my third weber grill great products. But the plastic grill knobs just don’t last i wish you would just make them out of metal and charge the consumer more money. I have had to replace them several times both through weber and the local ace hardware and the Home Depot. Please fix this problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor quality I have my grill around 14 months I have had to replace 5 handles Plastic inserts are really garbage they break very easily .I am really careful using the knobs but with any pressure at all they snap .Weber should replace these with all metal handle inserts I am sure people would pay extra for these
