Rated 1 out of 5 by from Summit Replacement Knobs are an Embarrassment This is the fifth time I am replacement the knobs on my Summit Grill which is only 13 years old. They are terrible and should not be acceptable for the Weber name, brand and quality. The crack each time you simply install them because of the plastic t-box in the knob. Seems like this is a flaw all around and many people have complained about this over and over. Why has Weber not fixed this issue. tired of spending an exorbitant amount of money on knobs. Half the time I use pliers to turn on my grill. A waste of money and disgusting quality for sure....

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible drop in quality I have owned nothing but Summit grills for 30+ yrs. Just bought a Summit Grill Center. Over $5k. Side housing is falling off repeatedly and two of the knobs have already broken The quality drop off of these products is huge. So much so I bought another brand for my second house. 30 yrs I never replaced a knob now on brand new grill I am replacing two. And try matching model numbers w parts. Another nightmare.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Love the grill very upset with the knobs I bought your top of the line summit several years ago and eventually had it built into my outdoor kitchen. The grill is great but the knobs are the most poorly manufactured item I have ever purchased. All 6 of the main knobs have cracked are I am now unable to use my grill which I payed a lot for. Now I have to put chase replacement knobs that are very expensive. I feel Weber should reimburse me for this expense. I hope you will redesign a knob for this grill as I see many many of your customers have had the same complaint.
