Recently, we had an issue with the gas valve, but Weber quickly sent us a new one via FedEx without any hassle. I replaced it today, and it's working great again. Excellent support and service. Good product. I'm not sure what will happen when the warranty runs out, but nothing lasts forever. So far, so good
