Rated 4 out of 5 by from Warranty This was warranty work, have had the grill for a year and a half when the regulator broke. After a few back and forth emails with Weber they sent a new regulator with instructions to install it all under warranty. As for the grill, it works well for a small portable grill but is not very good for slow cooking. I would recommend this grill as long as you know of its limitations.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I hope issues with 20 lb tank are now resolved I left a review a couple of months ago complaining that I had had to replace the regulator and it failed again when connected to a 20 lb tank. Weber reached out, and even though it was beyond warranty they sent me a new regulator and their connector hose (I had been using a Coleman one). So far it is working nicely. I appreciate their quick and generous response. Since I am not the only one with this problem, I would suggest that anyone planning to use a 20 lb tank with this grill use the proprietary Weber hose, and carefully follow the instructions on how to open the tank so as not to trigger the bypass function. As of now I am a happy customer ;)
