The grill lighting system and ignition system does not work. I did reach out to customer Service and have received zero responses. So in review the product doesn’t work the customer service doesn’t respond… I’m not happy with the purchase

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I needed Installed on a Performer (2015) grill because the propane igniter was starting to fail. Contacted Weber customer support for help diagnosing the problem and the agent recommended replacing the igniter (I would have replaced the burner tube - so appreciate the recommendation). It turns out the agent was right - a wire was frayed at the base. Easy to install, and works like a champ. Replacing the part breathed new life into my workhorse grill.
