Rated 5 out of 5 by from Christmas present I am 67 years old and have had many grills over the years. I learned along time ago not to waste my time with the cheapest ones. About 15 years ago, with my children grown, I realized I could get by with a smaller grill, so I bought a Spirit 2 burner grill. It has been great but was showing signs that it was getting time for a new one . My kids surprised me on Christmas with a new Spirit 3 burner grill that was being shipped to me. It arrived in a box and my first impression upon unpacking it was how well it was packaged. Somehow the side panel and door had some damage. I called customer service and my call was promptly answered by a real person who was incredibly helpful. My parts were identified and shipped to me within a couple of days. Putting it together was a breeze and I was thinking the whole time how it was nicely engineered. It is so nice to have a new Weber grill . I am a big Weber fan and am so happy to have received a new grill from my amazing daughters for Christmas. I didn’t ask for it they just figured it out on they own 😊

The directions were super easy to follow took me about an hr to put it together. Seems very durable, can’t wait to get a tank and try it out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for a family of 4! Heats quickly and evenly. Great insulation. The grates are cast iron so they are solid. The drip pan is removable so it is super easy to clean. Assembly is a breeze. Would definitely recommend!
