Rated 4 out of 5 by J Bean from Solid, sturdy and quality grill Nice gril, solid and sturdy. No cheap parts here, you can tell this will be a long lasting grill. I used the online app for the assembly and it was very clear. Took a couple hours but no real issues. The only thing stopping it from being 5 star was the price. If I’d got in a sale I’d have given 5 stars.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bill the redneck from Nice grill lousy parts avaialbility I bought this grill about three weeks ago from a local vendor and when I got it home none of the electronics worked. Called Weber direct and received no satisfaction so I returned to the vendor and was assured that all problems would be addressed. He ordered parts and to date they are still not here. My vendor does not act as if this is unusual. He gets one more week and he gets it back. As I said the grill looks good seems solid enough although it is not near as robust as the 12-year-old grill I am replacing and what I have cooked turned out well although it is difficult as I cannot monitor the heat effectively. I will recommend the grill on the basis that, be sure it works when you get and send it all back if not, unless you enjoy frustration. I bought this based on Weber brand, reputation and availability but am greatly disappointed with support.
