Rated 1 out of 5 by from Weber Electric Grill This grill was not cheap bought this grill for convenience to bbq on Memorial Day as promised to my son and was not able to follow through with my promise. We are heading into July and all I have for this grill is a useless piece of metal. I tried returning the grill immediately the day after I purchased it of course to ACE Hardware and of course they have a policy where there are no returns on grills. They told me Weber would be able to assist me, but all I have experienced so far is a bunch of emails with no results. I feel Weber should be refunding me the cost of this grill since it didn’t work from day one.
