Rated 5 out of 5 by Fred Barnstormer from Excellent smoker and super easy to use. This Summit Kamado S6 is replacing my trusted vertical smoker of the last 20+ years. So far I have smoked Pork Ribs, a TriTip and a Pork Tenderloin. All of them came out better then what I was able to do before. So I am really impressed with the smoking capabilities. The auto-fire start is super convenient and so is the "easy clean feature" for the used charcoal. It's easy to move around. Added the Weber Connect Grill hub and temp. sensor. I had considered the Kamados from the green and the red competitor and ultimately decided on the Weber Kamado S6 because of the ease of use. In the last few weeks, it also turns out the Kamado is very complementary to my Summit gas grill. The advisor at the Ace Hardware store is a BBQ Master and very helpful. Very happy with my choice.
