Remove the circular grate insert and replace it with a griddle, poultry roaster, pizza stone, or any of the many Gourmet BBQ System inserts to choose from. The hinged grate makes it easy to add charcoal while grilling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great grill. Great Customer Service Love my new Premium Weber grill. The side table and storage area under the kettle are great. It is really easy to clean ashes out of this model compared to the regular kettle grill. After assembling the grill I noticed the top did not fit snuggly and it was difficult to regulate the temperature and I was getting flare ups while cooking. I called customer service and explained the situation. They told me how to check to see if the top was “out of round” and to email photos. Just a couple hours after sending the email, on a Friday afternoon, I got a response saying a new top would be shipped to me. I received it within two business days. It fit perfectly and I was immediately back to excellent Weber grilling. Great Customer service!
