Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Customer Service The grill unfortunately came with the rubber piece missing to the non-wheel leg. I requested the missing piece and Weber had it to me the next day along with a handful of extra back up connection pieces. Great company. Oh, and the grill is outstanding.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Smoker not Deep enough for longer and higher heat. The reason I give this smoker such a low rating is because the first time I used it it cooked my rid eyes great, noticed the fire was very sallow due to the unit not being deep so had to spend time watching it. Last night it was the second time I used it to cook fajitas and chicken the fire turned off , had to add charcoal and restart and set meat back one took 2 hrs to cook, bottom opening is not well positioned as other Weber kettle deep units. Plus grill is designed to shallow. Fire should be away from grill this unit fire to to close and hard to judge right temp and needs constant opening and closing of lid t check food causing fire and food to take longer to cook and charcoal to burn quicker having to add more charcoal. Upset.
