Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cannot get it clean! Waste of money! We have used this twice and followed manufacturers instructions both times and it is impossible to clean! I called Weber and spoke to someone in South Africa! Very disappointing for a supposedly US product. I purchased this Weber product from Home Depot and now am getting the run around from both Home Depot and Weber. I am waiting on a call from a US based representative. Do NOT buy! This photo is after soaking and scrubbing.
