Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Chicken Roaster! OMG! This made perfect Roast Chicken! Extremely Easy to use and when done the Chicken slid right off the stand! Easy to clean up as well! I smoked a 6.5 lb chicken in indirect heat at 350 in 50 Minutes! It was the most juicy, tender and Crispy skin chicken I ever made and I’m in my late 60’s and made a lot of chicken in my life. It was a beautiful mahogany color when done. I used white wine instead of beer. Can’t wait to make another one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just get it. Used the previous version of this improved roaster. Used in bbq restaurant…secret is to use soaked wood and after shredding chicken, pour juices back on meat. And the chicken doesn’t sit in the juice while cooking. Everyone who has tried this has said it’s the best pulled meat they’ve ever had. Other roasters do not collect juice as effectively as this. Perhaps part of my secret is the dried Patrick Mahomes dna from sideline towels that’s incorporated into my rub. Lol
