Don't settle for a cheap knock-off part on Amazon, pay a little extra and get a high quality Weber OEM part. I love Weber. They not only make high quality grills, but 10 years after you buy a Weber you can still get parts. My grill is still going and thanks to this replacement part it won't end up in the landfill like the brands you buy in those "Big Box Stores". And BTW, I have another Weber that is even older, 25 years old an still going.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Poor design, fails often. This works great as a replacement for the original. I have purchased three of these igniters, and they are the Achilles heel of the Weber Q. This seems like a part that could be made to last for a long time, but they don't. I should have never needed to replace this part.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacing the Igniter was a snap!! I’ve been keeping my grill on my outside patio for a number of years and found that the old igniter assembly gave up the ghost. The replacement instructions were clear and allowed me to get the old one out and the new one installed with no problems. Thanks for the clear guidance.
