Rated 1 out of 5 by from Failed controller unit Like many others, my controller unit failed after only a few years of light apartment use. The cost of a replacement unit is almost the same as the cost of a new grill. As much as I like the performance of the grill (when it was working), I can't justify the cost of a replacement controller.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Q2400 Electric Grill- New Controller Provided I have always used Weber Grills and this is why: I had my weber electric grill for a little over 2 years, then my controller stopped working. Weber customer support got right back to me and sent a new controller as well as heating element in case that was part of the issue. Thank you Weber! I have no concerns purchasing from Weber as they stand by their products (and loyal customers)!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Controller issue It looks like from reading these reviews there are a lot of controller issues. I bought a Q1400 in January 2023 that we keep at a vacation house. It's literally been used maybe a dozen times and now the controller appears shot. Switches on and as it starts to heat up, it shuts down time and again. $150 part for a grill that cost about $300? Of course warranty on this part appears to be only 2 years. Beware if you are looking to buy a Weber electric grill.
