Rated 3 out of 5 by Madore from Genesis E 325s Gas Grill This grill is just over a year and requires an igniter which was ordered through Customer Service under warranty June 6. I did not receive a tracking number but was told on the 10th that it had been shipped and that I would receive an email in the next day or so. I called again on the 13th as I had not received a tracking number to be told I would receive an email with the tracking number the next day and the part on the 14th or 17th. On the 18th I called again to be assured that I would receive a call within 24 hours on the status. On the 20 th I called again to be disconnected and then when I called back once again, I was told that the Ignitor kit was out of stock and that they would cancel the order and reissue another with the parts ordered individually and FedEx would overnight. I called on the 21 again as confirmation of the new order was not received only the cancellation. Another agent did the new order and I was again told that I would receive an order confirmation of shipment the next day with the tracking number. It is now the 25th with no tracking number or confirmation of shipping but I have received a request for a review. In light of the above and the time spent on hold to receive a part on warranty that I still do not have for a barbeque that has barely been used you can imagine my thoughts.

Paying to have the grill assembled was worth it to m, but it depends on how handy you are and comfortable with bending low. The grill cooks evenly, easy to maintain and looks Ike it will last long time. Small negatives are instructions are unclear if lighter burner should be kept on during grilling, the searing burner was not clearly identified in description. They recommended cooking with grill closed which makes it harder to get just right but is more energy efficient. Their write ups also talk a lot about features only available on premium models. The support people sent me handout on how to troubleshoot low gas flow that should have been in manual or at least on website.
