I had a very good time learning all the tricks of cooking fish, meat and vegetables to perfection. Very well organized by the Weber Grill Expert. This class is a very good way to learn how to use a Weber barbecue to its full potential.

The Grill Academy was very fun and interactive.

We got to learn how to do food preparation, and cook them on the grills. It was really easy but very yummy. Our menu consisted of wagyu steak, roasted chicken, and desserts (baked on the grill).

The Weber Grill Expert was very friendly and welcoming, he's passionate and very knowledgeable, so there's a lot to learn from him. It was nice to do some grilling, but still be in the comfort of an air-conditioned place and a cozy place to hangout and have a nice dinner.

Barbecue is much more than a method of cooking or culinary tradition, it is also a social event and the Weber Grill Academy is the perfect place to experience it all. Under the guidance of the Weber Grill Expert, we learnt to grill to perfection a broad selection of meats, fish and vegetables and even to cook crepes suzette on the grill, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I incidentally enjoyed some of the best salmon I have ever tasted and had a great time catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. Whether to learn new cooking skills, explore the versatility of the grills or to have a good time with colleagues or friends, out of the ordinary, this is highly recommended!

Grill Academy is a great way and interaction to learn more about the grill culture and test the actual modern grills of Weber.

That was an eye opening experience. I always thought grills are only for BBQ, I never thought it could be used as an oven too.

The Tarte Tartin that we cooked on the grill was a perfect match to the beautiful steaks that we grilled to perfection.
