Steamed Cod Fish in Superior Sauce

1pc (300g) Cod Fish Filet

1/2 cup Soya Sauce
|
3pcs Coriander Root
|
1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
|
Spring Onion (for garnish)
|
1/2 cup Water
|
At the barbecue:
- Pour 3 Cups of water into the GBS Wok.
- Preheat the Wok & Grill to 150°C for 15 minutes, or until water starts to boil.
- Place cod fish onto a porcelain plate, and on to the steaming basket.
- Place the steaming basket into the wok and close the lid on the grill. Steam for 10 minutes.
- Separately, on the side burner, pour ½ cup of soya sauce and ½ cup of water into a pot, together with the coriander root, bring to a boil.
- Once the fish has been cooked, remove from the grill. Pour superior sauce over the fish, garnish with spring onion and serve.
