Taiwanese Three Cup Chicken

5 Whole Chicken Wings (Separate in to drumstick, wings and tips)

75ml Sesame Oil

125ml Chinese White Cooking Wine
|
100ml Oyster Sauce
|
1tbsp. Sugar
|
15 thin slices Ginger
|
4 cloves Garlic
|
1 bunch Coriander
|
3pcs Chilli
|
6 leaves Thailand Basil
|
At the barbecue:
- Preheat grill to 230°C for 12 minutes with the lid down.
- Add in Sesame oil, ginger and garlic and cook until aromatic.
- Add in chicken parts and mix with the ginger and garlic then close the lid and cook for 6 mins.
- Add in cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar and close the lid and cook until the sauce thicken.
- Add in coriander, chili and Thai basil and gently mix all ingredients together.
