Gambas al Ajillo

500g prawns

2 cloves of garlic
|
Whole chilli pepper
|
100ml olive oil
|
Salt

Amazing prawns with a little kick!
In the kitchen:
- Peel and devein the prawns, then add salt to taste.
- Peel the garlic and cut into slices, but not too thin.
- Wash the chilli pepper and cut it too.
At the barbecue:
- Prepare the barbecue for direct heat – approx. 220°C.
- Place the griddle on the grate and let it preheat. Then add some olive oil and leave to heat up for a few minutes. Once hot, add the slices of garlic and chilli pepper, stir everything a bit and then add the prawns.
- Cook without touching for about 6-7 minutes. Then serve – for example with a good piece of bread.
