Grilled Garlic Spare Ribs

500g. Pork Ribs

For the Marinade:
|
3 tbsp. Oyster sauce
|
1 tsp. Cumin powder
|
1 1⁄2 tbsp. Soy sauce
|
3g. Spring onion
|
3g. Ginger
|
2 tsp. Rice wine
|
1 tsp. Garlic minced
|
1⁄2 tsp. Black pepper
|
1⁄2 tsp. Salt
|
In the kitchen:
- Rinse and pat dry the Pork ribs.
- Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl before adding the pork ribs and leave to marinade for 1 hour.
At the barbecue:
- Preheat grill to 250°C for 15 minutes with the lid down.
- Roast the pork ribs over indirect heat close the lid and cook for 8 minutes.
- Open the lid, turn over the ribs and cook for a further 7 minutes wih the lid down.
