Chinese Baked Rice

200g.Rice
|
50g. Bacon
|
400ml. Purified water
|
1 tbsp. Fish Sauce
|
1⁄2 tsp. Salt
|
50g. Cantonese sausage
|
20g. Scallion
|
2 tsp. Soy sauce
|
In the kitchen:
- Throughly rinse the rice under cold water.
- Cut the Cantonese sausages and bacon.
- Combine the rice and all the ingredients in the GBS Dutch Oven.
At the barbecue:
- Preheat grill to 110°C for 15 minutes with the lid down.
- Place the GBS Dutch Oven over indirect heat.
- Bake at 110°C with the lid down for 35 minutes.
