Troy’s American BBQ consists of a first floor showroom with grills, Weber accessories, BBQ sauces and spices, and craft beer. On the 2nd floor is a wood deck with an outdoor kitchen, ample room for charcoal and gas grilling and a beautiful view of the Tempaku River. The Team

The Team image Troy’s American BBQ has been serving delicious BBQ at catering and events for the past eight years in the Chubu region of Japan. Troy Miller is a Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) member and certified judge. He has judged a BBQ competition at the Minnesota State Championship (Big Island Bar-B-Que) and graduated from the competition type BBQ school, Que University near Atlanta, Georgia. For the past three years, Troy’s American BBQ has been selling Weber grills and accessories as an authorized dealer. Troy also started a BBQ school on how to cook authentic barbecue on a Weber grill. Whether cooking BBQ or selling a grill, Troy’s focus is on a quality experience that you can only get from someone with his training and knowledge.
