Serve this delicious braised red cabbage recipe alongside your roasts for an extra burst of colour and flavour.
In the kitchen:
Mix together all the ingredients in a large heat proof, high-sided roasting tray or two large Weber Drip Pans.
Cover with foil tightly so the liquid is contained if it boils.
At the barbecue:
Prepare the barbecue for indirect heat, approx. 180°C.
Cook indirectly for 40-50 mins, or until the cabbage has softened and the liquid has reduced.
Season to taste and serve.
