In what was once a disused pub in the heart of the Surrey Hills, The Abinger Cookery School was founded by a small team of culinary enthusiasts with a wealth of experience and a passion for all things foodie. Within our first year, we teamed up with the gourmet ski chalet holiday specialists Fish&Pips, and together, we teach our students all about excellent food and diverse recipes within a bustling and vibrant industry. We aim to fire up your imagination with courses that are practical, inspired and of course – fun! We believe in utilising the best produce that Britain has to offer and most of our ingredients are sourced from fantastic suppliers, right on our doorstep.

The Team
Jake Pinn Joined the Abinger team in May 2015 and has taken on the Head Chef role from January 2016. Jake comes with a wealth of experience working on super yachts and first-class hotels around the world. He is now happily settled in Reigate with his wife Kieran; they have recently welcomed their new daughter to the world.
