  • 1kg of your favourite meat, e.g. chicken, beef or tiger prawn
  • 1 courgette
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 12 potatoes
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

Kebabs are great on the barbecue. You have endless possibilities to fulfil anyone’s taste.

In the kitchen:
  • Cut the meat and vegetables into pieces of equal size. Distribute the meat and vegetables on the skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
At the barbecue:
  • Prepare the grill for direct high heat. Place the rotisserie and the raw skewers on the grill and let the skewers rotate for 10-12 min.
  • Remove the skewers from the grill when the ingredients are cooked through.
