The promotion is applicable to all models of the "Lumin" electric barbecue purchased on weber.com during the promotion period from 01.10.2024 to 31.12.2024. The 30-day return period begins from the date of delivery of the barbecue to the customer. Barbecues purchased from a dealer are excluded from the promotion.

During the promotion, the customer has the right to unpack the barbecue, set it up and try it for 30 days in accordance with normal household use. If not satisfied, the customer is entitled to return the barbecue to Weber free of charge within the 30-day return period. The relevant date is the date of handover of the barbecue to the shipping service provider. To return the barbecue, the customer must apply for a return slip via this link and state "30-day right of return" as the reason for return (alternative: you will receive a free return ticket with your order and if not please contact our customer service for a return shipment via this link). The customer then returns the barbecue complete and including all accessories in the original packaging. As soon as Weber has received the barbecue, Weber will arrange for the purchase price to be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase. If the product is not complete, the customer will be invoiced for the missing parts and the amount will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

Product defects that are covered by statutory warranty rights or the voluntary Weber guarantee cannot be processed under this promotion. The customer must contact Weber customer service in this regard.

Commercial use of the barbecue during the 30-day right of return will result in exclusion from the promotion. The same applies to barbecues that have been damaged due to gross negligence or intent. Dealers and resellers and their relatives and employees as well as Weber employees and their relatives are not eligible to participate. The right of return can only be exercised once per household.
