Promotional Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the participation in the competition “Weber Grilling Podcast” (“Competition”). By participating in the competition, the following terms and conditions are expressly accepted.

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Weber-Stephen Products (EMEA) GmbH, Franklinstr. 28/29, 10587 Berlin (“The Promoter”)

2. The Competition

The title of the Competition is ‘“Weber Grilling Podcast (“The Competition”). This competition is a prize draw or a lottery over the course of 10 weeks, with one winner chosen weekly.

The competition prize to win is the following (both items):

· Weekly: x1 Weber Genesis® II E-310 Gas Barbecue AND x1 Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub

3. Eligibility

Competition entrants must be resident of the United Kingdom , aged 18 years or over.

Entrants are eligible to win x1 prize, regardless of the number of entries submitted.

Submission of Answers is between the period of 03.11.2020 and the 10.01.2021 at 11.59pm (“Competition Terms“).

By entering the competition, you agree that the promoter may use and collect the personal details you provide for the prize draw. See §7 for more details.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition you must:

· Correctly answer the question asked

· Provide your contact details

· Opt ‘in’ to marketing communications

5. Winner selection consideration

Winners will be selected by lottery. The promoter will aim to notify winners within 4 weeks of their application by email, to the email address provided at the time of entry. Winners who do not respond to the Promoter by return of email within 2 weeks will forfeit their prize.

6. Limitation of liability

Events may occur that result in the Promoter extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Offer and/or these terms at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party's illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Purchaser agrees that the promoter shall have no liability as a result thereof.

In case that the Promoter is unable to supply the relevant products because of an unexpectedly high response or some other unanticipated factor outside its control, it will

ensure relevant timely communication with applicants and consumers and, in case of any likely detriment, offer a reasonable substitute product.

7. Data Protection:

With regard to the processing of personal data in connection with your registered Weber ID, please refer to the privacy policy on our website at www.weber.com for further information.

In addition, should the promoter collect any content and information directly from the entrants (eg. Name, address, contact details), it is for the sole use of the Promoter and will not be shared with any third parties.

The promoter is responsible for securing all necessary permissions to reuse entrants’ content and information.

8. General

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Offer.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Offer where it becomes necessary to do so.

English law shall govern these terms and conditions, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
